1. No Smoking
Smoking is one cause of death in America. If you are a female smoker, your risk of heart disease and cancer would be very possible, especially if you use oral contraceptives. Beware of cigarette smoke in the workplace or home will also increase the risk.
2. Rein cholesterol
High cholesterol is the biggest risk factor of heart disease and indirectly increases the risk of stroke. According to the American Heart Association, a woman at the age of 55 years will trend higher cholesterol than men. Try to keep your diet!
3. Watch Your Weight
This is not a problem health problems futility. Women have a tendency to increase in high blood pressure if their weight or 20 pounds above the recommended weight. Furthermore, if you're too fat, especially around the waist, you are at greater risk for several health problems such as diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Avoid eating too many carbohydrates, sugars and fatty foods.
