- Would you like to leave a massage?
- Please dial this oxtension number
- Do you have an appointment/
- I'm sorry, Mr. X it not in. Or
- Mrs. Y is having a meeting, etc
- Would you like to call back?
- Do you have a phone number?
- Unfortunately, Mr. X is going out
- Sorry, it's wrong number
- Ok! Mrs. Y waiting for you
- Mr. X busy now, you'd better call him later
