Formal Telephoning


This is how you can faced your customer by phone.

It's important to know best way interact with your customer so then they get help satisfied. Just remember and follow this simple SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) :)

You may use your own language. But remember, you attitude will greatly influence whether they will use your service again or not!
  1. Greeting
  2. Metion your company
  3. Offer a help
  4. Who's calling?
  5. Could you spell your name?
  6. Whom would you like speak?
  7. Speaking
  8. Wait a minute/ a second/ a moment
  9. Hold on, please!
  10. Would you like to leave a massage?
  11. Please dial this oxtension number
  12. Do you have an appointment/
  13. I'm sorry, Mr. X it not in. Or
  14. Mrs. Y is having a meeting, etc
  15. Would you like to call back?
  16. Do you have a phone number?
  17. Unfortunately, Mr. X is going out
  18. Sorry, it's wrong number
  19. Ok! Mrs. Y waiting for you
  20. Mr. X busy now, you'd better call him later
